My Weather Journal - A blank weather journal template, created for my kindergarten student teaching placement. On the last page there is some resource information for educators. Though this was created in relation to a PA social studies standard, it also make for a great resource connected to science lessons related to weather.

Earth's Moon and Her Phases- A storybook, geared more towards adults, that details the main phases of the moon. This book includes an activity and other resources for further learning.
Will it Float or Sink? - As part of one of my college courses the class was put into groups and we created a short science experiment to do with a small group of elementary schoolers. This is the preparation paper we used to guide our experiment, which involved discussing why items either float or sink in water. Mock Classroom Pet Website - This is a website created as an assignment for one of our college courses. The assignment was to create a mock website about our classroom pet (or in this case, pets) directed at giving parents and students alike more information about the pets in our classroom. For our pet we chose Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches. Collaborator: Haley Butina

Finding Fractions Everywhere! - A lesson plan that focuses on fractions (more specifically the equal division of items and creating fractions from these divisions). This plan is geared towards 3rd grade. Collaborator: Kallie Honstine
SMP 4: Model with Mathematics - This is a short presentation created as a group project on the 4th standard mathematical practice, including activity resources. Collaborators include: Haley Butina, Jessica Bullen, and Kallie Honstine.
Countin' Fishes - This is a lesson plan on skip-counting by 2. It incorporates the use of laminated fish manipulatives and a short song.
Language Arts
Ideas and Details - This was a collaborative lesson plan designed to help students think of ideas for writing with a focus on narrowing down possible options and creating in-depth details. This plan was written for 3rd grade. Collaborators include: Johanna Benson, Jessica Leyder, and Samantha Reed.
